Latina Mami Affiliate
This area is a work in progress–our only concern is that an affiliate group of Latina Mami agree with our vision and philosophy, and work with primarily mamis, or at the very least, families and children. We ask that affiliates respect the leadership of Latinas and engage in some sort of activities around that: be it ally training, privilege training, or actively recruiting and engaging Latinas as not only constituents, but in their leadership circles.
Why become an affiliate?
If you are already organizing your own group(s) but want to be connected to our larger network and activities, this is a good choice for you. Maybe you think that getting your message out about your work is crucial to our network of mamis, or you want input on how we organize grassroots mamis and want to use our techniques in your grassroots organization. .
